Terms and conditions
These terms apply to moving services provided by Single Paper Enterprises under the Single Paper Packers and Movers brand.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the survey and item list. Items added later, extra floors without lift access or changes in the destination may change the price, and we will confirm any change in writing before the move.
Booking and payment
A booking amount confirms your date. The balance is payable on loading or as agreed in the quote. Payments can be made by UPI, bank transfer or cash against a receipt.
Items not carried
We do not carry cash, jewellery, important documents, firearms, inflammable liquids, gas cylinders with gas, or illegal goods. Please keep valuables with you.
Insurance
Transit insurance is optional and covers damage due to road accidents as per the insurer's terms. Claims must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of unloading.
Delays
Delivery dates are given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, road closures or other events outside our control.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the moving date get a full refund of the booking amount. Later cancellations may attract a charge for vehicle and labour already arranged.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
